At Exceptional Urgent Care, our wait time is typically under 20 minutes. However, this can vary depending on the number of patients at the center and the severity of their injury or illness. Feel free to call us now to see what our current wait time is.

Almost all of our labs & tests are done onsite, which means we receive fast results in under 15 minutes. On occasion, we may need to send out a test. In this case, we will call you as soon as possible with the results. You will not have to pay another copay for getting your test results back.

Absolutely! We are always accepting new patients at Exceptional Urgent Care.

There is no need to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome! If you’re on your way and want to be seen right away, call us now to get on the waitlist.

You are more than welcome to visit without calling ahead of time. If you decide to call ahead of time, we can check your insurance, answer any questions, and put your name on our list to reduce your wait time.

We accept major Florida PPO insurance plans, as well as Medicare. Call your insurance to confirm your plan has Urgent Care coverage and is in network with Exceptional Urgent Care.

At Exceptional Urgent Care, you will be treated by either our ER-trained physician, Dr. John Im, or Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Reyes. Both have training in emergency medicine and are highly skilled in treating critical patients. Visit our about page to get to know our team.

Our Center can treat critical patients because we have an onsite ER-trained physician. However, if you think you’re experiencing a heart attack or stroke, or need to be seen outside of our hours, please go to the ER.

Exceptional Urgent Care is open Monday through Fri 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 3pm. We are closed on Sundays..
